How do I book a locker?
Just arrive at the facility. Select your locker size and rental duration at the self-service payment terminal, then pay by card. No pre-booking is needed.
What if I find an open locker?
Do not use it. Please close the locker immediately. All lockers should stay locked until opened by an authorized code.
How long can I store my luggage?
You can choose from multiple rental options ranging from 1 hour up to 7 days.
However, if you leave your luggage beyond the paid duration, the locker will remain locked until you return and pay for the additional time.ow long does shipping take?
Can I open and close my locker multiple times?
Yes, you can access your locker as many times as you like within your rental period using the same code.
Are the lockers safe?
Yes. All lockers are PIN-protected, secure, and monitored. Please ensure your locker is fully closed after each use.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards at the self-service payment terminal. Cash is not accepted.
Can I store my luggage overnight?
Yes. You can select rental duration of up to 7 days, making overnight and multi-day storage easy and secure.
However, if your luggage remains stored beyond 7 days, you will need to pay for each additional day before the locker can be reopened.
What are the locker sizes?
We offer Small Lockers for backpacks and handbags, and Large Lockers for suitcases and bulkier items. Locker dimensions are displayed at the facility.
Is there CCTV surveillance?
Yes, the entire facility is monitored with security cameras 24/7 for your safety and peace of mind.
Is there a maximum rental limit?
The maximum pre-paid rental is 7 days, but you can leave your luggage stored longer.
You will just need to pay for any extra time when you return to collect your items.
How do I access my locker?
During the payment process, you will create your own 6-digit PIN code. Once payment is complete, a locker will automatically open. Use your chosen PIN to access the locker at any time during your rental period.
Can I choose my locker?
No. Lockers are randomly assigned by the system for added security. You will not be able to select a specific locker.
What if I forget my access code?
We recommend using something memorable—like your date of birth—as your 6-digit PIN code.
If you forget your code, please contact the support number listed at the facility for assistance.
What happens if my rental period expires before I collect my items?
Your locker will remain locked. When you enter your PIN code, the system will prompt you to pay for the extra time. Once payment is completed, the locker will reopen automatically.
What can I store in the lockers?
You can store personal items such as suitcases, backpacks, and shopping bags. Prohibited items include illegal substances, flammable materials, perishable goods, and valuables.
Are the lockers indoors or outdoors?
The lockers are located in a secure indoor facility, offering shelter and safety for both you and your belongings.
Can I rent more than one locker at a time?
Yes, you can rent multiple lockers. Each locker will have its own PIN code and rental duration, issued separately at the terminal.
What should I do if the terminal is not working?
If you experience any issues, call the support number displayed at the facility for immediate remote assistance.
Can I extend my rental period once it has started?
No, rental extensions cannot be made once the rental has started. If your time runs out, you can simply pay for additional time using the same PIN code when you return.
Can I store shared items or rent a locker for a group?
Yes, you can store items for a group, but please ensure that only trusted individuals have the PIN code, as the system does not track multiple users per locker.
